Move for Mind

Move for mind is an 8 week exercise, health and well-being program delivering; positive strategies &lifetime skills, to help reduce stress and anxiety, provide mentoring, support and employment opportunities, for 13-19 year olds.

When; 1x weekly session, 330-430pm in weeks 4-11, term 1, 2022.
Starts, Tuesday 22nd February, 2022.
Final event, Tuesday 12th April, 2022.

Where; Copper Coast Sport & Leisure Centre, 1 Doswell Tce, Kadina.

Registration; Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th February 2022.
(week 3, term1) 330-430pm at CCSLC, downstairs group fitness room.
