Getting started in a health club can be daunting and our popular group fitness classes are the perfect way for you to build your confidence at the gym. Exercise classes are also a great way for you to stay motivated through accountability and social encouragement. 

Group fitness classes are a fun way to exercise and give all members and non-members the opportunity to work out in a group atmosphere with like-minded individuals. 

BODY PUMP
The original strength and toning class. This 60 minutes addictive workout will challenge all of your major muscle groups by using body weight and barbell exercises in a motivational environment.

SPIN
Workout on our stationarybikes, go at your own pace or try to keep up with our instructor.

BODY BALANCE
A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and overall strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

AQUA
Aqua aerobics classes offer you a great way to stay fit without aggravation or risking injury. Using the resistance of water automatically increases the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and your overall health.
Classes are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, wateraerobics giveyou anatural buoyancy to help protect and targetparticular areas of yourbody that require attention.

ACTIVE ADULTS
Designed for our older exercisers with an emphasis on light weight work for aerobic fitness, posture and stability.

CARDIO HIIT
Join us for a highintensity class that will make you sweat. Boost your metabolism, build endurance and heart health - keep the burn going long after the workout!

XPRESS BOXING
A fast paced session designed to provide a high-intensity workout in a shorter amount of time. With a focus on boxing techniques, expect a variety of punching combinations, footwork drills and core exercises.

BOOTCAMP
A combination of HIIT and functional exercises this class is perfect for challenging both physical and mental fitness. This class is designed to give you a total body workout leaving you feeling accomplished.

STRENGTH+
Designed for our older exercisers or those wanting to get back some strength, mobility, and aerobic fitness. Light weights, cardio and stretching are all included!

FITBALL
Suitable for all fitness levels, a fantastic class forthose who are starting their fitness challenge. This class concentrates on core control and breathing to help support your spine and reduce future injuries, this class is also suitable for athletes that need work on their flexibility and balance.

TEEN GYM
Get ready to sweat, laugh and crush those fitness goals in our high-energy teen gym class! Join our qualified instructor for a workout that's not just about reps and sets, but also about having a blast while getting fit. This is the perfect place to start your fitness journey and learn skills you can use for the rest of your life.
