Copper Coast Sport and Leisure Centre offers a wide variety of health and exercise facilities ensuring there is something for everyone to support you on your health and wellbeing journey, including:

Health Club

Our large Health Club offers cardio, strength and weight areas to provide you with everything you need to find your space and work on your goals.

Group Exercise Studio

Feel motivated and energised with a group exercise class. Our studio hosts 22 classes per week ranging from yoga to cardio and strength.

Cycle Studio

Discover an adrenaline rush in our cycle studio, follow our coaches in these fast paced high energy workouts.

Strength Room

Experience the use of our gym equipment including dumbells, weights, machines, cables, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, TRX bands, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes, therabands, foam rollers and much more.
