Free Health Assessment
When you become a member with us you will receive a fully customised personal fitness program. All new members meet with one of our qualified trainers to determine your health and fitness goals so they can recommend the correct training program for your needs.
Every 6-8 weeks, we offer a program update session if you would like to change your goals or try something new! This is a part of our initiative to ensure we provide the best value services to our new and existing club members. Through this ongoing support, members are more likely to achieve their goals and see results sooner.
